Every new account starts with 7 days of Advanced access. If you do not choose a plan when the trial ends, your account is locked, but your products, orders and customers are kept.

Customers pay with Mobile Money or card through Paystack. Paystack settles your sales directly to your mobile money, typically on the next business day between 8am and 12pm. Creio never holds your money.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get 7 days of Advanced access, and setup does not ask for a card.

What happens if I do not pick a plan after the trial?

Your account is locked until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Can I upgrade or change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Basic and Advanced from Settings. Campus needs a verified university email.
