When do I get paid after a customer orders?

Paystack pays you on the next working day, typically between 8am and 12pm. In recent days most payouts have arrived shortly after 8am, though timing is set by Paystack and can change. An order paid today is paid out tomorrow morning; orders paid on a weekend or just before a public holiday arrive on the next working day after it. Money goes straight to your mobile money, and Creio never holds it.

Creio is a simple subscription, billed monthly or yearly (yearly gives you 2 months free). Every plan includes your online store, Mobile Money and card payments through Paystack, order and customer management, and SMS marketing tools. Start with a 7-day free trial and choose a plan when it ends.

Payments and payouts

Customers pay with Mobile Money or card through Paystack. Paystack settles your sales directly to your mobile money, typically on the next business day between 8am and 12pm. Creio never holds your money.

Yes. You can move between Basic and Advanced from Settings. Campus needs a verified university email.
