Add products, variants and photos

Add a product
In Dashboard, Products, add a name, price and stock. Add photos, a category and a description. Use Write with AI if you want a draft description, and check it before saving.
Categories
Choose a category from the ones already used in your store, or add a new category.
Variants
Products can have options such as size or colour. Each option has its own label, price, stock and images.
Photos and Studio photo
Use the Studio photo button under a product photo to place the product on a clean backdrop. You preview it and choose whether to apply it.
Product video
Add a short video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 150 MB) in the product form. It uploads when you save and takes a minute or two to process. On your store it plays by itself, muted and on a loop, on the product card and on the product page, and shoppers can turn the sound on. It appears after your photos in the product gallery, unless you tick Use the video as the cover. Videos are limited per plan: 30 on Basic, 60 on Advanced and 20 on Campus.
Stock
Stock goes down when an order is paid. Items are held for about 10 minutes while a customer checks out. Set a low stock threshold to be alerted when a product runs low.
Limits
Basic allows up to 150 products per store. Campus allows up to 50. Advanced has no product limit.

Yes. Archived products are hidden from your store without being deleted.
